We are a busy multidoctor practice looking to hire a great associate veterinarian to join our practice in the city of Fremont in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area.
Our Hospital is located between two major freeways the 880 and 680 in the Southern East Bay.
We are just 15-20 minutes away from Sunnyvale, San Jose, Santa Clara, and Palo Alto, the Dumbarton Bridge, Hayward, and 45-60 mins away from Oakland, Emeryville, Berkeley, And San Francisco, and 2 hours from UC Davis.
Veterinarian is expected to diagnose, treat, and practice preventative care for our client’s pets.
Our clinic specializes in dogs, cats, and occasionally smaller animals.
Your day-to-day as a Vet includes wellness care, performing surgeries on injured animals, treating wounds, spaying, and neutering animals, and prescribing medicine.

Ultimately, youll act as the point of contact for pet owners, whether its to treat illnesses and injuries or to advise on animal nutrition and general care.
Our ideal candidate would be an individual who is and that can be self-motivated, compassionate, reliable, confident with clients, loving, understanding, and who focuses on pet care.
An ideal candidate does not necessarily have to be proficient in performing most surgeries but eager to learn while under the direct supervision of our senior practice owner and veterinarian of 37 years.
Our senior doctor performs many surgeries like splenectomy, cystotomy, enterotomy, gastrotomy, mastectomy, lumpectomy, amputation, cherry eye repair, entropion, enucleation, cosmetic ear surgery, aural hematoma, and most soft tissue surgeries, rabbit spay & neuter, caesarian surgeries, femoral head Ostectomy, limb, and tail amputations, but our complicated orthopedic surgeries are performed by a traveling surgeon.
Our caseload is diverse and consisting of wellness preventive care, internal medicine, surgery, and some urgent care & emergencies.
We primarily see dogs, cats, and some exotic furry feet oh and some feathered friends for mani-pedis and wing clipping.
Our hospital is equipped with in-house Idexx lab machines, Idexx digital radiographs, ECG, and ultrasound, a dental suite with mid-mark progeny digital dental radiography, in-house ultrasound machine, 2 table surgery suite, 3 exam rooms, 1 treatment room with 2 wet tables, and we use cornerstone for our patient management, and also use many of Idexx software like PACS, VetConnectPlus, PetHealthNetwork Pro, Smartflow is in the implementation stage.
We offer low-cost spay & neuter services to a few Rescue organizations and spay and neuter for the Local Animal Shelter, and of course, they also bring them for any vet care needed from time to time.
Our senior doctor here is the owner of this practice so practicing medicine at our hospital can be fun and not so demanding.
Our current office hours and days of operation are Monday-Friday 8 AM-7 PM, Saturdays 8-5 PM, and currently closed Sundays.
We may eventually open Sundays and close later on weekdays.
Currently we are seeking a full-time Veterinarian and/or part-time.
