Education and Training: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing Must have a current unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license to practice in Tennessee OR Multistate/compact state licensure Must be caring, compassionate, have a positive attitude and be a team player Must have good communication skills Must have an active CPR Certification.

Knowledge of the LPN scope of practice Strong Internet, charting system, and email skills Must have a reliable source of transportation and maintain a driver’s license in good standing The qualified candidate for this position must be a LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSING.

The LPN must be a team player, able to follow oral and written instructions, be capable of charting accurately in the Patient Care Record and possess a pleasant and cheerful personality.
