Overview: As a process technician, you will be working on the factory floor where you will monitor processes, test batch quality, maintain equipment logbooks, ensure the area is clean, and report any machine faults to your supervisor.
Level II employees will have a primary focus on Front-side set up and beginning-intermediate Processor duties.
Responsibilities: Hoist operation, to pull and set moldsAbility to perform all material handling dutiesAbility to perform/ troubleshoot all back side set up dutiesInstall hot runner cables, set up and verifyInstall EOAT, load robot programLoad and verify process to set up check listAssures cell layout matches blue bookCompletion of Set Up check listAbility to purge new material in preparation for start upAbility to perform simple start-ups, under direction of level III processorAssures all components/ materials from previous job has been removed from areaVerifies housekeeping is completed prior to press start upPerforms mold changes as needed, per Shift Manager/ Lead instructionProficient in press start ups/ shut downs (with established process)Good understanding of Decoupled molding/ scientific molding techniquesAbility to troubleshoot minor/ medium process problemsAbility to make EOAT adjustments to improve part extractionDemonstrates strong ability to verify process to set upStrong ability to troubleshoot improper set upsDemonstrates ability to monitor/ train lower level tech support Qualifications: Forklift certification,LOTO certification,Die Setter safety knowledge, Processor knowledgeknowledge of industrial machines and mechanical processes.Hoist certification
