This position will be part of a team responsible for configuration and maintenance of Software Development Applications, primarily around the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, FeCru, Bamboo) and IBM ClearCase and ClearQuest.

How You’ll Help us Connect The World

• System configuration to satisfy Change Request requirements
• Demonstration of configuration alternatives for complex requests
• Evaluation, installation, and maintenance of plug-ins to enable capability improvements
• Development of custom scripts and modules to satisfy requirements which are not available in the standard application
• Collaboration with application vendors on recommended methods of satisfying complex requirements and resolving issues
• Administration of system, performance optimisation and disaster recovery testing
• Execution of application upgrades
• Creation, modification, execution and troubleshooting data migration scripts
• Instance consolidations, server to server, server to cloud.
• Resolution of incidents and service help requests
• Execution of problem management process to resolve production defects
• Proactive monitoring of alerts and preventive action to ensure application availability
• Promotion of changes from Development to Test and Production environments

Required Qualifications for Consideration

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field of study, or equivalent experience.
• 4 + Years experience with the Atlassian suite both Server and Cloud
• 2+ Years experience with IBM tools (ClearCase, ClearQuest)

You Will Excite Us If You Have

• IBM CLM, GIT, SVN, CVS, Artifactory, Docker, ClearCase to git migrations
• Atlassian Certifications
• Solid UNIX/Linux/Windows Administration awareness.
• Solid AD/LDAP/Atlassian Access configuration overview.
• Data export, manipulation, and import using XML / IIF, CSV, MS Excel / Word or similar file formats.
• Experience of instance consolidations.
• Docker experience
• Programming/Scripting experience
