Maesa is currently seeking an organized, self-motivated individual to join the Purchasing and Project Management team for the Kristin Ess brand.

This person will provide support for all activities related to purchasing and manufacturing operations.

This role reports to the Director of Purchasing and Project Management.

Core Responsibilities Update and monitor budgets during the development and production process of new launches to ensure profit margins are maintained or improved.

Update retailer budgets for cost changes on existing products Obtain quotes directly from suppliers or through cross-functional teams (Packaging, Testing, Logistics) for cost analyses and budget updates.

Create RFQs for suppliers for each new launch item.

Keep open and consistent communication with fillers in early stages of new projects to ensure awareness of timelines, packaging, quality expectations, BOMs and fill & assembly instructions.

Extract Excel reports from ERP system to review and approve MRP data and BOMs Assist with cross-functional communication and follow-ups to help maintain awareness of upcoming deadlines, share updates in project scope, ensure smooth workflow and milestones are met on tight timelines, and call out any risks & delays Create and update item codes, lead-time, pricing, BOMs and Jobs in ERP system Work with internal team to maintain item information tracker for all new launches and rolling changes Work in collaboration with internal team to create fill & assembly instructions for new launches.

Attend all internal weekly meetings and send team recaps as needed Create and update tooling, testing, display POs as needed, revise as necessary Create Sales Orders in ERP system as needed, revise as necessary The above duties and responsibilities may evolve as company deems necessary and appropriate to respond to its business circumstances.

Qualifications And Requirements 1-3 years of experience in project management and/or procurement, preferably in the beauty industry Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required Strong data entry skills Strong attention to details Ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and with a team Ability to work well with others Flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities when needed Any offer of employment is contingent on providing proof of COVID-19 vaccination prior to your start date, subject to approved medical and/or religious exemptions, in accordance with applicable law.
