The Supply Chain Customer Service Analyst will play a key role in driving visibility of data and developing robust supply chain metrics and planning process while maintaining direct real time communication with Customers. This role supports various supply chain functions including customer service, demand planning, production planning and procurement with opportunities to lead key continuous improvement projects and own the end-to-end production planning for the assigned product portfolio.
Supply Chain Customer Service Analyst – Salary DOE $70-$80k This position is responsible for delivering excellence to our Distribution Customer Service Department including (but not limited to) customer service, order processing, logistics & tracking, warehousing and distribution. Responsibilities and Duties Create and utilize effective tools to structure and manage database with best practices Apply advanced analytical methods to interpret quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources and systems Maintain key performance indicators including forecasting accuracy, inventory (accuracy, DOH), customer service (service level, OTIF, backorder), and production (OEE, adherence, plan vs actual) Lead/facilitate the end-to-end production planning process for assigned product portfolio to align market and financial requirements with manufacturing capabilities Develop and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards to visualize supply chain metrics Effectively work with cross-functional teams and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences Contribute to data cleansing and validation of various master data attributes and transactional data points in collaboration with ERP tech support Automate MS Excel-based reporting by using VBA, SQL, or other tools Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support supply chain planning process and provide insights to root causes and decision-making Advanced Excel Skills Microsoft Access and/or SQL proficiency experience preferred Previous experience with Oracle or other ERP system preferred Strong mindset of challenging the “status-quo”, visualizing potential opportunities and implementing actions to build value High sense of urgency, adaptable to meet rapidly changing priorities and timelines Excellent presentation, communication (both oral and written), and interpersonal skills Understanding of data integrity, planning fundamentals, MPS, MRP, S processes is preferred Six Sigma, LEAN Green Belt, or APICS certification preferred Support the logistics and supply chain Customer Service Department to achieve its annual business plan objectives. Own the customer experience with order entry, distribution (warehousing & shipping matters), and provide administration support as required Manage entry of manual Wholesale orders, customer confirmation, order tracking and follow up inquiries Ensuring on-time (right product, right place and invoiced at right price) delivery of customer orders; Deliver sales and operations support including new customer set up relating to EDI, Wholesale Shopify and own management of technical specifications Receive and respond to all consumer and customer inquiries (phone, email) regarding product and/or order-related matters with the highest level of professionalism Responsible for all production, tracking, and third-party carriers movement ensuring on-time delivery of raw material orders and finished goods Accounts receivable support including photocopying and banking checks, entering invoices, credit notes Miscellaneous office-related tasks, including but not limited to coordinating and executing in-office product evaluations, collecting data on competitive products Qualification: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics, or Operations). 2 Years – Experience working in Supply Chain, IT, or Finance 2 Years – Experience in Data Analysis and Statistics Experience may include a combination of work experience and education Experienced with customer service tasks, logistics, order-fulfillment, and warehousing matters Previous experience implementing and overseeing improvement projects Ability to deliver an extraordinary level of customer support and service while minimizing warehousing and shipping errors Advanced knowledge of the logistics & warehousing business in healthcare or consumer goods is preferred Ability to work well in groups and interact effectively with peers and customers Ability to present, explain and defend incident reports and be sympathetic to the needs of both internal and external customers/clients Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects and customer relationships concurrently Advanced verbal, written and electronic communication skillsJob ID : 321381
