Position Summary Develop/Lead/Direct life cycle activities of product or service line.
Allows specific targeted sales applications for selling the organization’s products and/or services.
Provide leadership and product management expertise to obtain maximum sales revenues and attainment of corporate objectives.Core Responsibilities and Tasks Direct to Product teams of diverse and complex product portfolios drive maximum profitable growth for enterprise portfolio of products, service line, or solution set for Global business through prioritization of resources/teams and related projects.
Define metrics and ensure execution of Segment and Enterprise Product Roadmap and Strategy for entire lifecycle for Global business to optimize business impact by partnering with other functions.
Ensure cross-functional and enterprise stakeholder engagement for all product portfolio rationalizations and strategies Identify/Vet M& A opportunities for enterprise to complement/supplement product portfolio ensuring growth for future technologies Lead directors and managers defining and driving organizational goals and strategic plans as needed (strategic projects).
Influence executives and segment leadership in development of broader strategic initiatives Identify and develop future talent (succession planning) by hiring/building enabled, accountable, motivated team of PMs Owner in the creation for SIOP with robust financial product forecasts Represent Business Segment Internally in key meetings as defined by EWT process(es) to drive organizational alignment for segment business goals.
