Technical Recruitment LeadThe Recruiting Lead role is responsible for monitoring the goals and expectations of the recruiters on their team.
This includes working with Recruiting Leadership and the field sales team to understand the overall expectations of the organization/clients and in turn managing their team members to those goals through monitoring SLA expectations and ensuring quality coverage of all assigned client requirements.
This role will also provide guidance to their team members around best recruiting practices, continued training and driving efficiencies.
Responsibilities:The full cycle hands-on Recruiting Lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day recruiting delivery efforts.
This includes managing client compliance requirements, driving best practices, process management, Bullhorn integrity, sourcing strategies, vetting out qualifying talent, submittal quality, sub-vendor utilization, understanding of consultant benefits and gross profit margin negotiationsCoaching, mentoring and training the recruiting team to be more effective, efficient and productive while driving profitabilitySet the standard for Recruiters to thrive in a fast-paced competitive environment to meet and exceed required SLA expectationsEstablish a work hard play hard delivery team culture by conducting weekly team Huddles to manage milestone metrics goalsQualify, prioritize and assign open reqs to a specific recruiter to ensure accountability for quality coverageIdentify opportunities to coach recruiters to conduct thorough rate negotiations as an effort to increase gross profit margins.Coordinate with Leadership team when additional bandwidth is available or neededWork in tandem with BDM’s as an end-to-end resource.
This includes participating in client intake calls to qualify required skills and communicate insight to the teamConduct Sprint calls utilizing live Bullhorn data to manage all req activity to ensure recruiting delivery and data integrityAttend weekly team Lead calls to discuss production activity, client demand, bandwidth observations, sourcing strategies, issues, etc.Provide weekly written team performance updates to the National Recruiting DirectorAttend monthly Leadership call to discuss overall performance activitySource, submit, and place individual candidates as bandwidth allowsRequired Education/Experience:5 years of recruiting in staffing industryAbility to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment, ability to multi-taskStrong interpersonal skillsStrong time management skillsStrong negotiation skillsStrong coaching and mentorship skills
