They are hiring across the business, from senior ICs through to Staff Engineers (Tech Leads) but are generally looking for people that meet the following conditions: At least 6 years’ of core backend system development Mastery in at least one of the following languages; Python (preferred), Java, Ruby, NodeJS Working knowledge of Cloud Platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure Background within e-commerce space (beneficial) Experience managing teams, with demonstrable history of setting and driving technical strategy (for Staff Engineers).
