The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is interested in joining an employer based virtual behavioral health program that is committed to changing the care delivery experience for both patients and providers. Employment Type: Full time Willingness to work outside of traditional business hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role: Must be either a licensed Clinical Psychologist PhD, PsyD or EdD in Psychology, or licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a master’s level license to independently practice with no current supervision requirement Must have an active license in CA Willingness to obtain and maintain licenses in multiple jurisdictions simultaneously For LCSW Candidates: 3 years post licensure with 3 years of specific experience in adult outpatient diagnostic evaluation and psychotherapy For PhD/PsyD/EdD Candidates: 2 years post licensure with 2 years of specific experience in adult outpatient diagnostic evaluation and psychotherapy Experience providing a range of brief, goal directed and focused clinical services using cognitive-behavioral therapies (ACT, BT, CBT, DBT), brief interpersonal therapy and/or other evidenced short term models Virtual psychotherapy experience (preferred) One Medical providers also demonstrate: The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care The desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery Clinical proficiency in a range of brief, goal directed and focused clinical services using cognitive-behavioral therapies (ACT, BT, CBT, DBT), brief interpersonal therapy and/or other evidenced short term models Familiarity with measurement based care, ability to administer and interpret standardized patient reported outcome tools in monitoring treatment effectiveness and adjusting treatment as indicated The ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues and the ability to practice effectively within the dynamic organizational and financial structures of a primary care delivery system An openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknesses Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients Benefits designed to aid your health and wellness: Taking care of you today Paid sabbatical after 5 and 10 years Employee Assistance Program – Free confidential advice for team members who need help with stress, anxiety, financial planning, and legal issues Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision plans Free One Medical memberships for yourself, your friends and family Pre-Tax commuter benefits PTO cash outs – Option to cash out up to 40 accrued hours per year Protecting your future for you and your family 401K match Credit towards emergency childcare Company paid maternity and paternity leave Paid Life Insurance – One Medical pays 100% of the cost of Basic Life Insurance Disability insurance – One Medical pays 100% of the cost of Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance Supporting your medical career Malpractice Insurance – Malpractice fees to insure your practice at One Medical is covered 100%.
