Youll leverage the company’s technology to pick up folks’ online returns on a scheduled route.
Youll work closely with the founders of the company as we build Returnmates in LA.
Your day-to-day will consist of: Picking up packages from our customers in one zone of LA Operating a mobile app that routes you to the pick up locations and allows you to take pictures of the returns Delivering excellent customer service BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Have a valid driver’s license Willing to use your own personal vehicle Willing to start your route in Venice each day PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior driving experience with rideshare (Uber / Lyft) Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Company Description Returnmates mission is to fully digitize online returns by making the process as seamless as the purchase.
