OverviewLVN Peds Subacute 647100 The LVN collects and documents patient data; assists in the development of a collaborative, individualized patient care plan. Provides nursing care based on clear and established priorities. Evaluates the patient’s response to the plan of care and the attainment of the patient care plan goals. One year skilled nursing required; one year acute care experience preferred.
