and job duties:The Service Coordinator will work closely with the manufacturer to track the status of services that Apex will complete and the services that the manufacturer will complete.The Service Coordinator will provide timely follow-up with customers to provide details on the status of any delays with delivery of the service parts and call customers to give regular updates.The Service Coordinator will work with the Operations Manager to assist in coordinating scheduling of Apex service with the Service Tech and Master Installers.The Service Coordinator will work with the Store Manager to collect final payment once all services have been completed.The Service Coordinator will update the Apex service spreadsheet daily with dates and PO numbers of product that has been ordered with the manufacturer.The Service Coordinator will update Apex internal software with PO numbers of product that has been ordered with the manufacturer.The Service Coordinator will attend weekly meetings to provide internal updates as directed by the Executive Partner.Provide updates for sales team on service backlogUpdate chargeable service tracker for manufacturer credit It is a work week of 30 hours in the office.You will also get a base pay bonuses
