Medical Assistant – Customer Communications

We have a great opportunity to work for a healthcare organization!

Our client is a full service Medical Group with 90+ years in Los Angeles!  They are looking for an exceptional Medical Assistant to fill a Customer Communications position.

Candidate must have excellent patient skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include medical records, front desk, answering phones, scheduling, canceling, & rescheduling appointments.

Rate:  $15.00
– $17.00/hr.

Schedule:  Monday – Saturday / 7:30AM
– 4:30PM –or
– 8:00AM
– 4:30PM

Locations: Los Angeles, CA

Customer Communications Requirements:
1 year of Healthcare experience in a Front Desk / Medical Records setting
Medical Assistant is preferred but not required
Experience with  EMR systems
Bilingual – English and Spanish is required
