Provide effective program leadership over multi-disciplinary management, treatment planning and service delivery team.Coordinates the psychological services program with other disciplines and integrates new policies and procedure into existing programs.Ensures compliance with applicable codes, rules regulations and program procedures.Develop policies / procedures as needed.Consults with psychiatrist, physicians and other professional personnel concerning diagnostic, evaluation and therapeutic training programs.Ensure the unit operates clinically and programmatically in an efficient, effective manner with administrative, fiscal and security guidelines.Coordinate day to day operations including training in relevant areas of mental health and other topics / issues related to the specific treatment services.Deliver some individual, group and psycho-educational group treatment services.Collaborate with Medical Director / Supervisory Physicians regarding mental health diagnosis, if applicable.Demonstrate leadership and organizational skills, including ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Demonstrate interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with a wide range of personalities.Competence in assessing, interviewing and managing patients.Commitment to enhancing cultural competency.Perform other duties (not outlined above) as assigned.RequirementsMaster or Doctoral DegreeHigh School Diploma or GEDAttendance is mandatory for the first 90 daysIf you think this Psychology Manager position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me
