We are looking for an Accounting Manager for our fast growing team.(br((br(If you are an Accounting Manager with 5 years of experience and advanced Excel/SQL skills, please apply below!(br((br((strong((br((br((strong(Why join us?(br((br((br((/strong((/strong(Great pay, culture, benefits and opportunity!(br((br((strong(Job Details(br((br((/strong((strong(Essential Duties & Responsibilities(br((/strong((ul((li( Responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of travel protection (/li((li(Full understanding of all active agreements with third parties on our travel protection product(/li((li(Review of weekly cash claims prior to funding(/li((li(Review of weekly voucher claims prior to issuance(/li((li(Overall monitoring of claims to ensure our third-party provider is processing claims timely(/li((li(Review of weekly/monthly reporting of purchases to our third-party provider(/li((li(Review of monthly payment of premiums into trust account(/li((li(Review of monthly calculation of adjustments to be made to premium payments due(/li((li(Main point of contact to our third-party provider(/li((li(Main point of contact between accounting and our internal SQL team(/li((li( Responsible for the accounting of all travel protection items (/li((li(Review and post monthly journals related to premium payments, cash claims, travel protection vouchers, prepaids, accruals, transfer pricing, claims reserve etc.(/li((li(Review monthly balance sheet account reconciliation schedules(/li((li(Prepare supporting documents and schedules for quarterly and annual audits(/li((li(Overall provide team guidance and properly raise any concerns to the Senior Manager(/li((li(Work closely with Senior Manager when it comes to improving our processes/reconciliations(br((/li((/ul((strong(Requirements(br((/strong((ul((li( Must have 7+ years of experience (/li((li( Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field(/li((li( Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP and IFSUM formulas)(/li((li( Strong analytical and communication skills (/li((li( Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or OneStream, a plus(br((/li((/ul(Interested in hearing more?
