The Associate, Digital Marketing & Ecommerce will be responsible for managing all aspects of day to day e-commerce projects, including email campaigns, promotional set up, site content updates, channel updates, site merchandising, web reporting and analytics.This is a great opportunity for an energetic, detail-oriented individual who is looking to exercise a breadth of skills while furthering their digital expertise and making a significant impact on the business.
The role will own the development of ecommerce initiatives from beginning to end in accordance with corporate initiatives and e-commerce KPI’s.
The role will support the e-commerce team by working with various teams across the business (i.E.
operations, social, product development) as well as agency partners to deliver a variety of projects within specified timelines.
The Associate should have a solid understanding of email marketing and specifically, the end to end process of digital campaign set up from creative development, platform set up to analysis.
This role reports to the Manager, eCommerce Marketing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Execute deliverables as outlined in the monthly calendar, including product bundle set up, email campaign management, promotional set up, site updates, 3rd party partnership set-upsSeek opportunities in email marketing to improve open and click-through rates driving higher conversion to sales to hit KPIs.Own the production of all emails from brief to final execution, managing creative approval process and timelinesManage site updates, including inventory management, all site updates, and merchandisingMonthly site reporting, expense management and reconciliation to guide business strategies and decisionsAssist the Customer Relationship Marketing Manager in executing on a variety of new digital initiativesProactively seek opportunities to improve site user experience and net sales based on site analytics QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years’ experience2-3 years of experience in ecommerce and/or digital marketingCopywriting and basic HTML skills, a plusDemonstrated ability to work cross functionallyMust demonstrate the ability to influence a diverse set of stakeholdersMust be able to work independently to effectively meet deadlinesMust be focused incredibly organized show excellent attention to detailExcellent communication skills both written and verbalShould be proficient in MS Office® Word Excel and PowerPointWork is remote but team often meets depending on local safety mandates during this time.
