Job description: Our housekeeping teams are arranged in groups of 2 or more depending on the size of the job.
Responsibilities include cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, and other areas.
Cleanings can consist of dusting furniture, making beds, cleaning countertops, wiping down walls, and folding clothes amongst other cleaning duties.
Each team member works in a specified area until completion.
Upon completion of job duties each team member is to check in with their team leader for further instruction.
The different positions each team member will learn to specialize in are Kitchen Specialist, Bathroom Specialist, and Bedroom/ Common Area Specialist.
Each team member will work in each area of specialty for one month before switching to another specialty.
After 90 days of successfully achieving a competent level of each position, the team member will become a certified specialist and receive a $500 bonus!
It is important to know that we clean every space differently depending on the expectations of the client.
Some spaces are given a more thorough cleaning while others are given a less detailed cleaning.
The level of detail is dependent on the customers needs and the given time constraint.
Because of this it is necessary for team members to be able to adapt and to follow directions well from supervisors.
Part time team members benefits: $20-25 per hour (overtime $30-37.50 per hour) $500 bonus after completing 90 day certification program $750 bonus after working 6 months Receive Tips from happy customers Time off on major holidays!

Must be 18 years of age or older Must have valid driver’s license Must pass a background check Must be able to communicate in a friendly, respectful, and cooperative manner Must have a positive and hard working personality Must possess a willingness to learn (Everyone can clean, but not everyone cleans like we do!) Must have a meticulous attention to detail Must be able to stand for hours at a time Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Responsibilities: Greet customers in friendly manner Load and maintain supplies in company vehicle Safely bring equipment into homes and use appropriately Ensure that all equipment and supplies are removed from customer’s home and loaded into the company vehicle safely Work in a team to clean homes, offices, and other spaces the Just Like Magic Maid way!
