The Role: The Associate, Digital Activation should be passionate and inquisitive about digital media, have an eagerness to learn and work well within a team environment.

You are responsible for supporting the digital planning team in various regards, as needed.

The Associate is also responsible engaging and establishing relationships with vendors and learning about the digital marketplace.
• Research, planning, negotiation and execution of media plans (programmatic, search, social, etc.,) Responsibilities Include:
• Gauge media performance to confirm original objectives and strategies were met
• Work with Internal Research teams to make sure that all elements of success are being utilized (aka Brand Tracking)
• Monitor media performance to ensure original objectives and strategies are being met, and optimize throughout the course of the campaign
• Maintain budget control; develop media schedules and monitoring buys/schedules
• Update Supervisor and client team on status of all ongoing client projects
• Direct client communications is required
• Utilize 3rd party research tools to identify desired target audience’s media channels
• Handle any client requests – i.e.

plan changes, budget changes, provide marketplace information Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, communications or related field
• Knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing, and media
• Proficiency with Office suite; Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Proficiency with media tools; MRI, Mendelsohn AdRelevance, ComScore, Adviews, etc.,
