Position: Senior Product Designer Location: Hybrid Starts: ASAP!

This is an exciting full time hybrid opportunity
– requiring three days onsite / two days WFH flexibility.
The ideal Senior Product Designer will have experience designing UX workflows for consumer-facing brands.
This role will require someone with both UX (60%) and UI (40%) design sensibilities.
Senior Product Designer Responsibilities: Take a user-centered design approach to all product builds Design user workflows with marketing and automation capabilities in mind Work closely with the Head of Design, product team, CTO, and CEO to define and optimize product list and features Take design ownership of all user interactions and interfaces along with visual assets both in and out of the product Participate in ongoing design reviews to ensure quality Iterate on UX and interactions rapidly at varying levels of resolution (using mainly Figma, Framer, and Principal) Participate in user experience research and usability studies Iterate on designs after reviewing insights from research, A/B testing, and other qualitative methods Senior Product Designer Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer Experience turning complex problems into simple and engaging customer experiences in desktop web, mobile web, and mobile app environments High proficiency in modern design software including Figma, Framer, Principal, and the Adobe Creative Suite Passionate about all things design, UX, and other areas of design and innovation.
