They are looking for an experienced Developer who can handle meaningful capacity and strategically navigate public funding, dynamics, and regulations.

Effectively and efficiently execute the day-to-day management of full-cycle new construction projects, including public agency negotiation, design, land use, financing, and construction oversight There are multiple deals you would have the opportunity to work on right away that are ripe for transition, including a masterplan that’s in the early stages as well as a deal that is substantially funded that you would have the opportunity to lead through the majority of the development and closing process and more Participate in deal sourcing and origination and efforts for RFP response Work remotely 3 days a week – flexible work schedule Ideal Candidate Profile 5+ years of Real Estate Development Project Management experience, ideally focused in large-scale multifamily Affordable Housing Strong financial acumen Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s is a plus Excellent organization skills with an assertive, tenacious approach and strong follow through Meticulous attention to detail and strong quantitative and analytical skills Impeccable written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with an ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment and a demonstrated history of success Our Firm KM Partners’ national Executive Search and Professional Recruitment practice areas focus on high-growth, impact-investment-oriented businesses across relevant industries, including Investment Management, Real Estate, Clean Energy, Sustainable Infrastructure, and related Business and Professional Services.
