Accounts Receivable

What you will be doing:
- – Compile and send invoices for monthly house accounts and HOA dues
– Monitor, post, and apply all CC, wire and check payments as applicable
– Regularly follows up on the collection of all accounts receivable
– Assist Finance Manager with balance sheet reconciliation
– Assist with Hotel A/R responsibilities as needed
Your experience and skills include:
- – Experience as Accountant in Hospitality/Residential environment preferred
– Understanding of Accounting principles, and competency in Opera
– Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Two year college degree or equivalent work experience
