This is a flexible/hybrid role with our corporate office located in Culver City.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor functioning as an expert on people and organizational issues.

The ideal candidate must be adept and comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with tactical duties while working with a dispersed workforce in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment.

What you will do: Create, implement, and manage programs that drive business strategies and corporate culture Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to assess, develop, and deliver integrated HR solutions Build effective relationships with leaders to guide organization to positive outcomes Provide consultation on employee relations issues and conflict resolution Coach managers in the areas of employee development, engagement, and assimilation Manage workforce planning efforts and liaise with Talent Acquisition team Lead projects and process improvement initiatives What you will need: Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of corporate HR Generalist experience in a large organization Must be fluent in Spanish Comprehensive knowledge across the Talent Management spectrum Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations with a strong knowledge of California and Federal employment law Comprehensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition lifecycle: sourcing, recruitment, selection, assessment, on-boarding, and employee engagement Exceptional people skills with the ability to consult, influence, and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders Ability to effectively lead and facilitate projects, focus groups and learning programs Why you will love it here: A friendly, respectful culture that will allow you to thrive Competitive compensation Incentive and annual performance-based bonuses 401(k) with company matching Paid time off including vacation, sick, holiday, bereavement, and jury duty Exceptional health benefits with low costs (medical/dental/vision/life/disability/EAP)
