Specialty Service Representative – Pool & Spa – $4,000 Bonus

Join Ecolab’s sales team as a Specialty  Service Representative in the Sherman Oaks, CA market. Within our industry leading Institutional division, this opportunity offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the foodservice and hospitality industries.

After completing an initial training program, you will work with a variety of restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term career facilities and more.

You will serve as the face of Ecolab by installing, servicing, and maintaining ware washing, laundry, and dispensing systems that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.

What You Will Do: 

Install, repair, and perform maintenance on poll and spa equipment and systems 

Communicate our total value to the customer and strengthen our relationship  

Ensure our customers’ facilities are fully operational and teams are properly trained by demonstrating safe equipment use  

Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs 

 

Position Details: 

Work Schedule: Willing to work overnight shifts, be on call at night, on weekends, and over holidays as needed 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

High School Diploma or GED? 

2 years’ mechanical and service-related experience 

Availability to provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays  

Currently in safe driver status 

No?Immigration Sponsorship available? 

 

Physical Demands:  

Ability to complete pre-employment assessments including a physical, lift and/or carry 75 pounds, color vision test and drug screen 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Associate Degree 

Previous mechanical?problem-solving?experience (e.g.

plumbing, electrical, HVAC and/or mechanical experience) in industries related to pool and spa?
