Currently the position is 100% telework.
The selected candidate will assist a program office track and report spending against contract vehicles.
The result of the candidate’s efforts will assist the program office in determining the effectiveness of projects.
Must be available to attend meetings in Washington, DC with 48 hours notice.Responsibilities And DutiesUtilize OPM financial, accounting and project systems to track the spending Inter-Agency Agreements and contracts to support a program office.
The current systems being used are Delphi and PRISM.
The ideal candidate shall provide financial support to include:Revenue calculations and reporting.Sales reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual revenues.Revenue projections and accruals.Line-item accounting and reporting.Project close-out reconciliation & determine unearned revenue amounts for closed projects / assist with de-obligations.Reconciliation of sales to revenue.Cost determination and percent of earned revenue.Cost-avoidance savings calculations and reporting.Qualifications And SkillsExcellent customer services skills (Courteous, Punctual, Open).Excellent verbal and written communications.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience accounting/financial training.Experience with Prism and Delphi finance systems.Intermediate skills using the Microsoft Word and Excel.BenefitsExcellent Salary (commensurate with experience)Paid Time-Off for National Holiday’s on Scheduled Work DaysRetirement PlanBonus ProgramDirect DepositAcquisition Experts, LLC employ people from diverse places, with varied experiences and world views.
