A critical part of our Accounting and Finance organization is the Corporate Development & Transaction Services (CDTS) team , which consists of more than 800 Accounting and Finance professionals worldwide and reports directly to the Accenture CFO.

The CDTS team works closely with our sales, solutions, and legal teams to help shape and price complex consulting and outsourcing arrangements.

The team develops and structures business cases for client engagements, new Accenture offerings, and go-to-market opportunities with Accenture ecosystem alliance partners.

Typical deal structures incorporate innovative financial solutions and sophisticated pricing and risk management concepts to address client business needs.

CDTS professionals act as independent business advisors to the sales team as these deal structures are being developed and are accountable for the financial quality of bids.

Corporate Development & Transaction Services Manager -direct and manage Corporate Development Transaction Services (CDTS) activities for Accenture’s most significant and complex transactions.

Control the flow of activities and leadership reviews on all proposals.

Direct financial deal shaping and structuring for complex outsourcing and consulting arrangements, joint ventures and acquisitions.

Bring commercial and financial rigor in support of the commercial approach and client value proposition, ensuring Accenture’s economic interests are protected.

Additional responsibilities include: Prepare and present financial statements supporting new client opportunities Leveraging client cost data to develop cost baselines and client business cases in support of sales efforts Identifying costs and performing the cost buildup for an individual opportunity Assessing and applying various pricing methodologies to meet company and client objectives Ensuring revenue recognition is US GAAP compliant and Accenture Policies are reflected accurately within the financial models Responsible for acquiring and maintaining all documentation supporting the financial statements on all new opportunities Assist in the development and career growth of local team Role model as coach and mentor Demonstrate Accenture core values and support of inclusion and diversity goals Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics Minimum of 5 years at a large corporation as a “hands on” financial analyst with strong financial skills Preferred Qualifications: Have knowledge in applying US GAAP Hold a CPA/MBA Are a PC user and know the Microsoft Office Suite Have proficiency in Excel, financial concepts (NPV, IRR, Payback, etc.) and budgeting Can work on more than one project at a time Like to work both independently and as part of a team Feel comfortable talking with senior company leadership Have a strong attention to detail Can work creatively and analytically to solve problems Easily share your ideas in person and in writing Give others the information and assistance they need with a positive ‘can-do’ customer service attitude Have led a team -at school, at work, or in the military Professional Skills: Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian Important information Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Accenture.Accenture is an EEO and Affirmative Action Employer ofFemales/Minorities/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
