Bookkeeper/Office Manager

Looking to hire a Quickbooks Expert/ Office Assistant for an International Gourmet Food Company in Los Angeles. We are a casual in-home office located in the Brentwood Hills area.

You MUST be proficient and confident using Quickbooks, specifically Quickbooks Enterprise.

As well, you need to be familiar and have experience with account receivables, accounts payable, invoicing, and payroll services.

We are also looking for general office support. Such tasks include:

-Work in Microsoft Office and Google Docs

– Sales calls and pitches

-General office calls and maintenance- ordering supplies, running errands, organizing files

Salary will be based on experience .Full and Part time positions available
