This candidate will be mixing chemicals to run the encapsulation process for Coating Place.
They will be measuring, mixing, weighing, and documenting the production runs.
They will also be cleaning their production suite once the production run/campaign is complete.
Candidates will be following GMP regulations.
There are 3 steps to the process1.
Set up the Wurster fluid bed unit.
Operator will need to know part names, put together the pump system and there is a lot of training during this stage.

Run equipment/unit.
This is what the operator will get trained on first.

Cleaning
– dissemble units after production is complete.
Coating Place does particulate-level coating of pharmaceutical and food powders.
They will be working with 55 lbs bags of raw material (lifting) and with have to move up to 175 lbs drums of raw material (pushing/pulling).
There is team lifting as well.
Operator will work on the computer during production.
They will be taking readings, watching the temperature and mixing speed, overseeing the pumps and documenting during time stamps (weight checks and etc).
Qualifications: 1 years of experience working in a GMP environment or Food/pharmaceutical environment where they are mixing chemicals and following SOPs.
1 years of experience documenting production runs and following batch records.
