Cella: Proofreader

Cella is currently looking to hire a proofreader for a highly esteemed finance company in Los Angeles!

In this role, you will be responsible for proofreading, light copy editing, and fact-checking content for the marketing communications team.

Below are some additional details about responsibilities and skills.Proofreader Responsibilities:Provide quality assurance (QA) for written materials.Collaborate with the creative team to review and improve existing content.Coordinate requests for and update statistics and compliance footnote language using internal tools and softwareResearch content and participate in strategy/development meetings.Follow and maintain a proofreading style guideEnsure that materials follow corporate compliance standards and partner with legal/compliance teams when needed.Proofreader Qualifications: Computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Suite.Ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment and work independently when needed.Strong grammar and syntax skills.Comfort giving presentations to team members, ability to provide insights and feedback in meetingsAble to thrive and understand highly detailed and statistical data and research.Demonstrate strong time management skills.
