Sales Associate:
Sales Associates at Catalina Paint are all about superior customer service, both for contractors as well as walk-in retail customers.
Essential duties include:
- Learning about the paint industry (we provide the learning tools)
- Addressing customer needs, asking questions about their project, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs
- Communicating with customers in person and over the phone
- Keeping our sales floor stocked with merchandise, and properly maintained
- Learn to properly use required equipment, such as tint machines and paint shakers
- Clean and maintain all areas of store and equipment as required
- Always conduct self in professional manner
- Becoming a valued member of the store team
Position Requirements: * Ability to read documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Bilingual is a plus
- Ability to make it to work on time
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Proof of citizenship or work permit
- Desire to learn and grow with a great company
Pay and benefits:
- Competitive wage and bonus plan, plus health insurance, vacation, and holiday pay, paid sick time, 401K program. Signing bonus of $500 after 90 days
