Job Requirements:
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform 3-way matching process (Invoice, PO, Receiving)
- Heavy AP Invoices Processing
- Reconcile vendor’s statement and research/resolve outstanding issues
- Process weekly check run
- Process Expense, Credit Memos, Monthly Recurring Bills
- Able to Calculate Term Discounts, Percentages and Interest
- Assist in Month End Closing
Requirements:
- 2 Years of AP Experience Required
- High Attention to Detail with efficiency
- Ability to prepare reports, emails and business correspondence
- Verbal, written and interpersonal skills, Strong Calculator skills
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem skills to manage workflow and priorities
- Proficient in Ten Key, MS Office Experience
- Very Fast Pace
- Mathematically Strong and Accurate
- Ability to work independently and/or with a team and able to take on new tasks
- Flexible to work in an ever-changing environment
