By providing consistent accurate, relevant, and balanced information about metals investments as well as the best concierge service, we help clients make an informed investment decision to secure their financial future Summary The Client Services Administrator (CSA) will be the liaison with third parties, on behalf of the Company, processing all requests associated with our valued client?s precious metals accounts. Responsibilities •Review IRA paperwork submitted to establish new accounts, purchases, sales, transfers, and distributions, as well as sort corrections to pending requests •Contact IRA clients and third-party administrators, primarily by phone, to discuss outstanding items and provide status updates on requests in the process •Accurately enter asset information and funding instructions in a workflow system •Answer incoming calls from clients and third parties to assist with questions. regarding IRA/401K processing and paperwork •Monitor the incoming call queue, being readily available to assist and keeping hold times within designated service levels •Examine information entered into the workflow by others to confirm the accuracy •Monitor and respond to incoming emails sent to the precious metals inbox •Reconcile accounts based on the daily reporting from the depositories •Submits documents for signing and prepare them for delivery •Point of contact for clients, NGI team as well as multiple custodians •Resolve discrepancies with fund transfers and/or any other administrative challenges •Guiding clients through the intricacies of their investments as well as navigating the world of non-traditional asset investing Qualifications •Proficiency in Microsoft Office •Minimum three years experience in a fast-paced, client-driven environment •Comfortable in learning company-related computer programs (HubSpot/DocuSign) •Organized and detail-oriented •Ability to build client rapport •Navigate and resolve client challenges Full-Time Benefits include: •Medical (Kaiser) After 60-day Introductory Period •401k After 60-day Introductory Period ***3% contribution •PTO This starts accruing on first day of employment AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
