RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Operational Risk Program Manager in Los Angeles, CA.
Summary:
Operational Risk Management (ORM) is responsible for providing independent and objective oversight of the management of risks arising from business processes, people, systems or external events. Working with the Manager, the Operational Risk Program Manager will contribute to the ongoing review and monitoring of operational risk policies and programs executed by the business and corporate units including Risk and Control Assessments, Key Risk Indicators, scenario analysis and aggregating and reporting of operational risk information to the Risk Council.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and other professional qualifications such as a CPA, CA, etc.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in the financial services sector
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Risk Management, ORM or Internal Audit
- Minimum of 5 years of management or operational experience
- Strong business knowledge of financial services and/or wealth management
- Understanding of Risk Management/Operational Risk Management
