HRIT-II Analyst-Compensation-Position Analyst

Basic Purpose:
We are looking for an Analyst/Senior Analyst with a strong techno-functional background in Oracle’s HCM Cloud. This position is responsible for providing efficient solutions and expertise to drive our HR Technology strategy forward. This person will require functional and technical knowledge of HR processes and how to best implement them with the help of the Oracle HCM Cloud system.

This person will oversee our data governance and data integrity efforts. A deep understanding of the HR data and processes and how data are maintained through automated processes and data entry via service center members or employees and managers is key to success for this role. Methods of how to provide audit data to support existing process controls will be part of this role as well as ensuring that principles for data ownership and governance are followed.

Responsibilities:
Tasks and Activities around Compensation Management in Oracle HCM
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders outside of HR (e.g., Audit, Finance, Payroll, etc.) to promote efficient compensation processes
Drive resolution of data related issues
Identify compensation related data collection gaps and propose solutions
Ensure processes and controls to achieve the highest level of policy compliance
Work on configurations for the different functional areas: Compensation, Reporting, Benefits, Performance. Security using recommended technologies tool sets including but not limited to BI Reports, HCM Extracts, OTBI, HCM Data Loader
Drive and update the HR Technology Roadmap forward
Provide regular Status updates.
Support Business continuity.
Ability to work well with multiple priorities.
Manage system enhancements and upgrades.
Participate in latest technology research applicable to meet new business challenges.
Research technical design specifications, interface design, design diagrams or test specifications.
Works collaboratively with colleagues from the HR Service Center and Center of Expertise to build highly efficient and user-friendly HR solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional partners and the IT organization
Deep understanding of the Oracle HCM’s underlying data model

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters’ in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field.
More than 5 years of experience in supporting HR Technology and Processes.
Expert knowledge and understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.
