Shape your story here.The JobThe Archival Representative is responsible for the archiving of WarnerMedia theatrical and television production assets encompassing (screening, selection, weeding, inventorying, and stocking of assets). Also responsible for production support, domestic/international promotional activations, and Warner Bros. Studio Tours exhibit support. Assesses and troubleshoots any constraints that would keep the department from successfully supporting and performing daily operations from an office and warehouse environment. Fosters a creative, equitable, and continuous improvement culture. Domestic and international travel required.The DailyArchiving and Management of Film and TV Assets* Make archival selections for assigned titles by screening content via scripts, internal screenings, and series episodes.* Liaise with production UPMs, costumers and prop masters.* Coordinate with production for packaging and delivery of selected assets.* Partner with Warehouse Supervisor for check in and stocking of assets upon receipt.* Process assets by finalizing selections i.e., weeding through received assets.* Partner with Archive Manager to coordinate delivery of non-selects to downstream departments.* Inventory all weeded assets and catalogue into Asset Hub data base.* Partner with Warehouse Supervisor and Asset Coordinator for stocking of inventoried assets.Domestic/International Promotional Support* Process requests for domestic and international promotional activations. Liaise with various WB entities (Publicity, Consumer Products, Integrated Marketing, Studio Tours, etc.)* Create asset proposals for third party borrowers. Develop creative/digital presentations for asset selections.* Partner with internal departments to ensure no IP conflicts.* Research and consolidate cost/timeline estimate for approval.* Coordinate and confirm scheduling and payment for packaging and transportation.* Partner with Administrative Coordinator for legal documentation, to include CARNETs for overseas shipments. Initiate and close loan events in Asset Hub and ASANA databases.* Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor and Asset Coordinator for order fulfillment; pulling, crating, staging, and loading of assets for shipment.* Partner with security for property passes.* Maintain visibility and accountability of assets throughout shipment, installation, and strike of activations.* Travel may be required based on staffing and project needs.* Partner with Warehouse Supervisor, Asset Coordinator and Security for check in, condition reports, and restock of assets upon return.* Close out loan event in databases.Production Support* Fulfill any asset requests from production staffs.* Research and consolidate cost/timeline estimate for approval.* Coordinate and confirm scheduling and payment for packaging and transportation.* Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor and Asset Coordinator for order fulfillment; pulling, crating, staging, and loading of assets for shipment.* Partner with security for property passes.* Maintain visibility and accountability of assets throughout shipment, production and upon return.* Partner with Warehouse Supervisor, Asset Coordinator and Security for check in, condition reports, and restock of assets upon return.Special Projects* Supports historical research, auction preparation, warehouse cleanup and various ad hoc projects. On and off camera interviews.The EssentialsWork Experience* Minimum 3 years Entertainment, Production or Project Management experience required* Previous experience working with inventory systems (Asset Hub highly preferred)* Previous experience with project management software (Asana highly preferred)* Previous experience dealing directly with customers/customer service* Experience working with all levels of corporate and production hierarchyEducation, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification* AA in Film, Business, Marketing, or Entertainment Related Field Required* BA/BS in Film, Business, Marketing, or Entertainment Related Field preferred* Lean Six Sigma Certification from an accredited institution preferred* Valid Driver’s License requiredKnowledge/Skills* Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills* Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills* Must be able to work independently* Must be able to work collaboratively* Should have excellent research skills* Must be able to lift boxes or materials 25+ lbs. when necessary, working in an industrial/warehouse environment.* Must be flexible* Microsoft Office Suite proficient (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, One Note)This position is required to work in person at one of our locations in the United States.
