JOB SUMMARY: Accusoft is seeking a dynamic professional to join our HR team.
This position is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources and Operations Team and will play an integral role in assisting with all employment related matters within the following HR functions: benefits administration, records management, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS management, HR reporting and analysis, and employee relations.
This individual welcomes and interacts with employees at all levels of the organization; requiring a high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to effectively multi-task while providing great customer service.
This individual will maintain a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues and work with the HR Director to help create HR initiatives that are in line with corporate objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.Plan and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation; including the distribution and review of new hire paperwork, creation of employment files, and HR classroom orientationAssist and help administer our Annual Benefit Open Enrollment and New Hire open enrollmentMaintain the benefit carrier’s websites with up to date employee information and review/approve all benefit invoicesAct as a resource to employees to help address Human Resource related questionsResponsible for data management in the HRIS and employee file maintenance Generate monthly HR Reports to Management team and assist with the generation of other standard reports for Human Resources or managing personnel Assist HR Director with the creation of governmental reports, such as annual EEO1 Reporting, VET Reporting, and Affirmative Action Program ReportingResponsible for tracking employee’s vacation and sick hours and auditing, as necessary for accuracyAssist with writing and maintaining HR policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with federal and state laws regarding Human Resource activitiesMaintain personnel files and I-9 compliance in accordance with regulatory and company standards.Complete employment verification requests, drug testing and background check processing, and anti-harassment session scheduling as neededAssist HR Department with events such birthday celebrations, anniversary lunches, and teambuilding eventsPerform general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing and mailing for HR DepartmentAssist in various special projects and needs as determined by the Human Resources DirectorSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree; Three plus years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
