company) is seeking a full-time administrative/Bookkeeping assistant for our new office in the Los Angeles/Glendale area.**** MUST HAVE SOME KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE WITH GOV’T CONTRACTING!!*****Do not send us your generic resume be sure your resume is reflective of the duties listed below.DUTIES (include but not limited to)Answer phonesGreet office visitors/clients/employeesTake messagesTransfer telephone callsManage schedule and appointmentsConfirm and cancel/reschedule meetingsRespond to requests for job informationRespond via email and/or phone to job applications, calls and emailsSet up interviews via face-to-face, FaceTime and/or SkypeRespond to client staffing needsUpdate and create new job postingsTrack job postings and candidatesRespond to candidates’ resume submittalsManage job boards/postingsUpdate and track certifications & process re-certificationsUpdate websites for small business registrationsStaff schedulingAssist with employee documentationCreate and distribute new employee Orientation packagesGather timesheets for processingTrack & manage inventory & equipmentRespond to employee requests for HR informationQuickbooks entriesInvoicing/BillingSome financial analysisAd hoc responsibilities Social media account creation, update & maintenance; maintain & manage company website including job posting management; revise employee handbooks as needed.QUALIFICATIONS : High school graduate; some college or degree preferred.

Must have some experience with government contracts including certification updates and maintenance; must have experience with managing office; must have experience with recruiting, job postings, resume evaluation, etc; must have filing and excellent organization/communication skills; must be willing to learn and excel with our organization; must have a pleasant and professional demeanor on phone and when in contact with customers/employees.

Must have experience in Quickbooks entries.Seeking outgoing, motivated candidates who can jump right into this position.

Candidates must possess professional appearance, demeanor, with a responsible ‘can-do’ attitude.

Some professional & educational training provided.Office hours 8am-5:30pm/6:00pmSalary DOE + benefitsTridant Solutions provides services to government clients.
