Fantastic opportunity for a Webcast Producer!
Our client is seeking an experienced webcast producer who manages virtual events from consultation with internal clients through working the technology during the live presentation.
This position is a fully remote contract role with the potential to extend.
The producer will have excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to advise senior leadership and presenters of on-screen techniques and create the right visual aesthetic, so they look and sound good on camera.
You’ll understand the client’s business objectives, recommend presentation techniques and solutions and provide guidance on the flow of the presentation.
Webcast Producer Responsibilities
Ensure that events are deployed in a timely and quality manner and that appropriate resources and technology are in place for the success of an event.
Responsible for meeting organization, setting-up the event, acquiring resources, designating roles, organizing rehearsals, testing video and audio, uploading the presentation and running and troubleshooting technology and software during the live presentation.
Conduct consultations and manage client relationships while navigating conversations with knowledge and insight towards business solutions.
Advise internal clients on presentation techniques and best practices for communicating their content during the live event and provide recommendations on integrating slides and visuals into presentations.
Webcast Producer Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in video/film production, mass communications or a related discipline
3-plus years of experience in video production, webcasting or virtual events environment
Advanced knowledge in the operation of modern webcasting production and streaming video technologies, tools and processes (Zoom, Microsoft Teams Live Events, Webcaster and On24 and other upcoming technologies)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 with a solid understanding of various digital and interactive software programs and user interface design for mobile and web products
High-level of executive presence and the ability to build solid relationships with senior leadership and internal clients
Ability to independently troubleshoot and problem solve in high pressure situations
