Receptionist

Entertainment law firm is seeking a Receptionist to support their office.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients/guests and then notify the appropriate person
  • Receive packages from Fed Ex, UPS and other vendors
  • Schedule FedEx and messenger pickups, and resolve delivery problems as needed
  • Provide quotes for outgoing packages
  • Coordinate outgoing messenger services
  • Answer the switchboard and forward calls to the appropriate person
  • Reserve conference rooms
  • Process Open File Requests
  • Cover phones for assistants as needed (update call sheets, leave messages for attorneys)
  • Correct/update file names as needed, and set security settings for digital files as needed
  • Other administrative responsibilities and miscellaneous projects as needed

Experience/Requirements:

  • At least one to two years as a Receptionist in a busy office
  • Office Administration experience for at least a year or two
  • 4 year college degree
  • Dependable, reliable, friendly and welcoming
  • Great at multi-tasking, bright, capable
