ISC: Liability Claims Adjuster – Commercial Lines General Liability Claims

General Liability Claims Adjuster Commercial Lines Liability ClaimsExcellent opportunity to be able to telecommute, work from home, as a commercial general liability claims adjuster, handling a caseload of claims for primarily self insured public entity accounts.

In this role you will be responsible for reviewing, investigating, analyzing, processing, litigation management, negotiating and settling moderate to complex general liability claims.In this role you will be responsible for:Evaluating coverageIdentifying and investigation of issuesDetermine extend of financial exposure on claims and setting appropriate reservesHandiling litigation direction and managementAttend mediations and settlement conferences, when necessaryIdentifying potential fraudAll other issues to bring claims to resolutionOther duties as assignedThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years handling commercial lines general liability claims and/or public entity claims, or a combination of both.

This position will be primary an inside position but there will be some limited field work.

Candidates can live anywhere in the greater Los Angeles/Orange County/Inland Empire/San Fernando Valley areas.
