Accounting/Admin Assistant needed for a software company.
The opening is immediate and is a full time position.
We are located in West Hollywood, LA area.Essential Functions: Accounting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Booking, month end accounting supportOffice Admin – Purchasing, General office support and projects as neededRoutine use of MS Office software including Word, Excel and OutlookManage special projects as neededQualifications: Proficient in MS Office is a MUST!Strong general office computer knowledge and skills requiredMust be detail-oriented with multi-tasking abilitiesAble to work well in a fast pace environmentA high level of written and verbal communication skills is imperativeMinimum 2+ years of accounting/admin experience requiredLanguage: Mandarin & EnglishPlease email resume with cover letter and salary expectations ONLY if you are qualified.
