E-COMMERCE : Customer Service & Order Process

Hours: 8 am to 5:30 pm, includes 1 hour overtime daily

PAY: DOE

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

– Communicating with customers including cold calls.

– Create web sales by introducing our products on our website.

– Providing customer service and handling customer inquiries.

– Help customers create new accounts and manage current accounts.

– Processing Orders and Invoice

Requirements:

– Experience with web sales/telemarketing (not mandatory)

– Must be fluent in English; written and verbal.

– Strong communication with customer service

– Knowledge in basic math

– Familiar with Microsoft programs

– POSITIVE attitude

– Punctuality

– Self-motivated

– Detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
