We are looking for a quick, industrious, and courteous part-time/full-time lead team member.
Responsibilities include cashiering, stocking and cleaning.
You adhere to and maintain regular and punctual attendance, safety, and quality standards.
Ideal candidates will have a flexible schedule and be available on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
To succeed, you should have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy.
You should be responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent service.
When there are no customers to check out at the register, cashiers will also be expected to "face" merchandise, stock shelves and coolers, and perform various small tasks as needed (such as fixing price labels).

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, be on your feet for a shift, up to 8 hours at a time with/ without reasonable accommodation Positive work attitude Excellent customer service interacting with customers Ability to work independently, multi-task in high demand and/or stressful environments Responsibilities Welcoming customers and helping them locate items Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales Ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer Keep watch on the CCTV camera feed/store for suspicious persons to help prevent shoplifting Checking ID per store policy for purchase of age-restricted items, such as alcohol, tobacco Maintaining a clean and organized workspace Stocking items on shelves or in walk-in refrigerated coolers "Facing" merchandise around the store Scan, process, and count inventory Perform additional duties as assigned Basic Qualifications High school, GED, or equivalent diploma Cashiering: 1 year experience minimum Minimum 1 year work experience in sales, customer service or management, or equivalent experience Handle transactions accurately, quickly, and responsibly High level of energy to make customers feel welcomed Basic math and computer skills Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items Ability to work with other team members in a fast-paced environment Candidates must be 21 years or older with the ability to read and speak English for safety purposes, and possess a valid Washington State Drivers License Preferred Qualifications Customer-facing experience 1 years, Retail, convenience, or grocery store experience: 2 years, but others will be considered Interest in learning new skills and contributing to many different processes within the grocery store POS system experience, a plus.
