Payroll Specialist contributes to AHF’s mission by assisting AHF’s Payroll Department in completing all activities necessary to process payrolls, including maintaining related records and preparing accounting transactions and documents.

This role is responsible to process and submit payroll transactions, maintaining payroll related electronic files and ensuring payroll data is processed correctly.This role demonstrates passion in data accuracy and timely processing of payroll cycles to ensure AHF’s payroll compliance with applicable regulations and AHF’s policy and procedures.As a team member based in Los Angeles this role works directly with the Payroll Department Team and AHF staff, as well as government agencies, auditors and/or other companies (payroll vendors) to resolve related problems and provide information.This role adds value to AHF and Department by ensuring smooth payroll processing operations.We at AIDS Healthcare Foundation believe that each individual is entitled to equal employment opportunities without regard to race, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin, age, veteran status or disability.
