Today, First Entertainment is the financial ally for the creators of entertainment and those who support them.First Entertainment is a member-owned, not-for-profit, cooperative financial institution formed to permit our members to pool their savings, lend to one another, and a place where they save, borrow, and obtain related financial services.The Credit Union seeks talented individuals who are passionate about member service and teamwork, have a deep sense of respect and integrity for co-workers and members and are also driven to pursue excellence in all that they do.Responsibilities:Loan Processing & FundingReviewsloan files upon receipt, prepares needs list, and ensures receipt of all documentation necessary to prepare the loan file for underwritingConfirms that borrower’s information on the documents is completeFollows up with the Loan Officer, broker or member as required for file completionPrepares loan status reports and documents as required.Coordinates processing and funding activities with respective internal departments to ensure efficient loan closing and timingFollows up with the Loan Officer, broker or member as required for file completionAnswers member and non-member phone callsQualifications:High School Diploma, G.E.D.

or equivalent is required.

College coursework in accounting or finance is preferredDemonstrated expertise in commercial loan originations, preferably banking or credit unionsA minimum of four years Commercial Real Estate loan processing and funding experienceCommunity banking experience and knowledge of SBA 7(a) and 504 loans is highly preferredMust be able to read and analyze complex tax returns and financial statements, appraisals, environmental reports, credit reports and preliminary title reportsMust possess strong analytical skills and ability to make recommendations quicklyExperience with automated lending and related systems.

Preferred experience with Symitar, Meridian Link, FDI, DocuSign, Sageworks, and related systemsStrong credit analysis skillsUnderstanding of loan related legal and regulatory requirementsFirst Entertainment Credit Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
