As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in sourcing, attracting, hiring, and retaining top local talent.
Youll assist in all the hiring across the company including Engineering, Customer Success & Operations, Finance, Brand Experience, and Information Security.

Key responsibilities Source and build pipelines across the company Own the entire recruiting process Partner with hiring managers Demonstrate your negotiation and closing skills Help build a formal college recruiting program Advance our internship and co-op programs Be a thought partner with leaders to develop strategies and deliver solutions that redefine the way we recruit talent Ensure a fantastic candidate experience throughout the entirety of the process Provide timely follow ups resulting in a best-in-class candidate and client experience Requirements 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably with a combination of corporate and agency experience in a high tech and/or SaaS environment Ability to identify both active and passive candidates Experience in collaborative and consultative relationship building Results-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced organization Committed to diversity in your hiring process A strong understanding of our market through thorough research Exceptional interpersonal communication skills that can influence at all levels Bachelors degree (or higher) preferred We hire people with all kinds of awesome experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives.
