RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Los Angeles, CA that is seeking a remote Business Analyst III. The BI Analyst is a key role in the delivery of a new enterprise program for IT Metrics reporting and automation that will drive strategic and operational technology decisions. Responsibilities:
- Business Analyst will utilize company resources to curate data, develop and manage BI solutions
- Perform data profiling and analysis to identify trends and provide insights to support technology and business decisions
- As a Business Analyst, you will investigate source data to understand structure and interrelationships; Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets from various sources
- Develop and maintain interactive visualizations and dashboards, and generate reports

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree of a quantitative nature (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Data Science and Information Management, Engineering, Finance, etc.); Advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience with data analysis and visualization
- Proficiency in SQL or other query languages, data analysis, performance tuning
- Experience working with large data sets that are structured and partially structured
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.), data visualization wireframes and mockups
- Strong analytical and consultative mindset; ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment delivering against tight deadlines
- Financial Services experience highly preferred
