RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking to hire a Residential Lending Project Manager IV in Los Angeles, California (CA). Responsibilities include:
- In charge of the functional, operational, and technical requirements of all systems used by assigned functional areas
- Application development and project life cycle methodologies and standards
- Project selection and approval, budgeting and business case preparation and analysis, as well as work breakdown structures, and forecasting
- Concepts of risk management, issue tracking, change management and requirements gathering
- Information technology support and technical documentation
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
- 9-12 years of experience
- Requires prior Project Management experience in the Retail Mortgage Lending business or direct Retail Mortgage Lending experience in a financial services institution
- Requires prior project management experience with information
- MI qualified candidates preferred
