The Role

The Program Manager, Multicultural will support an account within CAA’s Brand Consulting department, specifically for a highly matrixed telecom and entertainment client.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for development, support and maintenance of new and existing program processes, collaborative management of internal & external communication cadence, oversight of various program related deadlines & timelines, the organization of cross-functional department roles & deliverables, the creation of efficiency tools & resources, and more.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in multicultural marketing, prior experience in experiential activations and music program management, with a desire to collaborate with a team that brings ideas to life through creative and strategic marketing programs.

Responsibilities & Duties

Work directly with account director in the development of marketing strategies and segment growth opportunities, KPIs, and reporting protocols

Oversee the development of the creative & executional concepts for national & regional activation programs

Support account director as secondary point of contact for client in day-to-day operations

Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources, both internally and externally, to accurately assess market trends and identify multicultural and music marketing opportunities

Develop timelines and critical planning documents to inform and align internal teams and stakeholders prior to activation launch

Oversees the production of agency and client assets including visual assets, videos, case studies, etc.

Deliver to client and secure client approvals on all necessary program documents including creative, messaging, etc.

Ensure that activation plans are created and disseminated to all necessary teams, in a timely manner

Act as conduit between account director and field manager/teams; providing general oversight of field activity, ensuring compliance in all aspects

Conduct field visits and spot checks as required to ensure quality execution

Acts as a strategic partner in challenging clients with smart thinking, offering guidance and counsel where necessary

Compile overarching reports to be delivered to account director, and shared with client and stakeholders

Provide budget development, management, analysis, and reconciliation support as needed

Provide ongoing finance and business affairs process support to the team as needed

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or the equivalent

Bilingual required (Spanish and English)

At least 6-8 years of relative experience within multicultural marketing, grassroots / experiential

Have a deep knowledge of the Hispanic marketing, Latin music industry and culture

Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight timelines; ability to delegate

Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) with strong use of PowerPoint and Excel required

Entrepreneurial self-starter who demonstrates comfort with ambiguity and can excel in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment

Ability to confidently and effectively develop and deliver presentations

In-depth understanding of current experiential marketing industry

Ability to develop business relationships at all levels

Excellent verbal and written skills (English and Spanish required)
