Roles & Responsibilities Assist in the conceptualization and development of design ideas, generate diagrams, digital models, interior and exterior renderings, and presentation materials Develop space planning, site design, and building massing studies in compliance with code, zoning, and budget constraints Prepare Construction Documents and presentations for active projects, marketing pursuits, or internal research Experience & Qualifications A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution 5-10 years professional experience Very efficient with the following design skills & software: 3D Modeling (SketchUp and/or Rhino); Rendering – Lumion; Post-processing – Photoshop; Presentations – InDesign Strong verbal and graphic presentation skills Site design and zoning analysis capabilities preferred Experience with multifamily & educational design planning preferred About Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
